The Steps of a Custom Project

Every custom project begins with an idea, a need, or a source of inspiration. Our role is to guide you from start to finish, transforming that idea into a durable, functional product designed for your space.

1. Information Gathering

The first step is to collect the necessary information to fully understand your project. We invite you to send us as many details as possible, including the type of product desired, approximate dimensions, the intended location, photos of the space, sketches, inspiration images, technical constraints, and your desired timeline.

This step allows us to better understand your needs and guide you toward a realistic and well-adapted solution.

2. Project Evaluation

Based on the information received, we analyze the feasibility of the project.

We evaluate the dimensions, materials, manufacturing constraints, intended use, installation environment, and possible options.

Depending on the nature of the project, a remote consultation or an appointment at our workshop may be suggested to discuss the details in greater depth.

3. Proposal

Once the project has been evaluated, we prepare a personalized proposal.

This may include the dimensions, design, materials, finishing options, estimated timeline, payment terms, and project cost.

Our goal is to present you with a clear proposal that is adapted to your needs and aligned with the realities of production.

4. Approval

Once the proposal is approved, a 50% deposit is required before moving forward with the production of the fabrication drawings.

This step allows us to confirm the final dimensions, quantities, finishes, technical details, and delivery or installation terms.

5. Production

Your product is then carefully and precisely manufactured in our workshop.

Each piece is made according to the approved details, with special attention given to quality, durability, proportions, and finish.

For corten steel products, certain variations in colour and natural evolution are part of the material’s unique character.

6. Delivery

Once production is complete, we coordinate the handover of your product according to the agreed terms. The project can be picked up at our workshop, delivered to your address, or installed on site, depending on the needs of the project.

The remaining balance is payable before delivery, installation, or pickup. We also remain available to provide care instructions and answer any questions after the completion of your project.

Our products are thoughtfully designed with a modular approach to simplify manufacturing, transportation, assembly, and on-site installation.

When required, pieces can be engineered in mechanically assembled sections. This allows us to create larger-scale products while improving installation efficiency, precision, and adaptability to site-specific constraints.

To ensure clear identification and smooth coordination, we can also number or engrave each component directly onto the pieces. This helps simplify assembly, reduce the risk of errors, and support a more organized installation process.

This method is particularly well suited for architectural panels, retaining edges, gates, decorative structures, fountains, commercial projects, and large-scale productions.
