Return policy
Returns and exchanges of our corten steel products will be approved if they are new and resalable within 30 days of delivery or pickup, with valid proof of purchase. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
How to initiate a return
Returns can be initiated by email or phone. You must obtain a return number in order to return your product.

Proof of purchase is required to issue an exchange, credit or refund for qualifying items. We will accept the following as proof of your purchase:
- Original receipt (this includes printed store or gift receipt, electronic receipt or electronic order confirmation)
Non-returnable products
- Products without proof of purchase
- Products purchased as final sale
- Products used and/or damaged by normal wear and tear
- Live plants
- Personalized and monogrammed products
- Store floor samples
- Personalized products are made to your individual specifications: therefore we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Credit or refund
- With proof of purchase, the product price will be refunded to the original method of payment. Cash reimbursement will be made by Interac.
- All shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
