GENERAL

ONLINE ORDERS:

• Depending on the distance between the delivery address and our Montreal warehouse, before it reaches its destination, it can take between 5 and 15 days.
• Customer service will confirm the delivery date of your order by email.
• The product will be delivered to the driveway of the customer's residence or business. Provide space to deposit the pallet.
• The driver will not move the pallet beyond the aisle.
• Once delivery has been made, Atelier Cortena is not responsible for product theft.
